In preparation for Valentine's Day, the Sisters In Stamping are creating Valentine's Day cards/projects this week.
I decided to make my DH's card:
I started with the Dazzling Diamonds and Red Glitter papers. I used my Sweet and Sassy Framelits for the heart and Large Letters Framelits for the "I" and "U". I ran them through the Big Shot to cut them out. I then decided to cut out a piece of Petal Passion Designer Paper. I used Real Red cardstock as the base to my card.
I thought about popping up the letters with dimensionals, then decided against it as I wanted to use the "happy valentine's day" sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set. I stamped it on Vellum cardstock using Staz On. I used the Tombow glue on the Vellum and wanted to hide the dots of glue. So, I used the silver hearts from the Metallic Enamel Shapes.
It was a pretty quick and easy card once I decided what to do! Please head over to the SIS site to check out the other projects.
I wish you all a very Happy Valentine's Day!
Thanks for looking!
