Altered Note Cube

I received a note cube for Christmas. I thought it would be cute to alter it and a pencil. I bought this plain pencil at Michael's; it has no eraser on the end. I don't think the picture shows it clearly, but I put a flower gem where the eraser would normally be, added ribbons, and added more flower gems under the ribbons to keep them from sliding. I kept the paper section pretty simple. It looks like something my nieces would like. I think I'll alter another one and give them both one!

Paper: Green Galore, White, and DCWV Blossoms & Butterflies

Ink: Green Galore
Stamp Set: Big Flowers

Accessories: 1 1/4" Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, Scallop Punch, various ribbons, and Darice self stick gems (Flower pack)

  1. Very cute! I love what you did with the note pad! Very creative!!

  2. Yes, your nieces would definitely love to get one of these from their favorite Auntie!!! Love the project - great job!
