Year of the Rabbit

This is the Year of the Rabbit stamp by Sister Stamps.  I love this sweet image and love how these cards turned out.  It took some tweaking, but this is the end result.  I heat embossed the image and only colored in the bell with a gold paint pen.  I then used Stampin' Up!'s gold vellum and gold cardstock to highlight the image.  I mounted one on Bravo Burgundy cardstock and one on Night of Navy cardstock.  You can't really tell in the pictures though.  Anyway, I am very happy with the way these turned out :)

Misaki

Here is Misaki - I love this image.  I think it is so sweet and love the birds too!  I'm not sure you can tell, but the origami has some cute little birds on it.  I made this for one of my friends who is Japanese Hawaiian and loves birds!  This image is perfect!!!!  I hope she'll like it - she is seriously amazing :)

Jade

Here's Jade!  What a cutie, right????  Jade is so cute, I didn't even think she needed any color.  But, I did heat emboss her to make her stand out a little.

A Girl and Her Love of Bunnies

I was able to sit down and start stamping last weekend.  I decided to break out my favorite Asian stamps from Sister Stamps.  I love these stamps for the cute images and the size of the stamps.  They are great for coloring and that's exactly what I did.  I first broke out my origami papers and then matched them to the stamp I wanted to use.  Then, I matched Stampin' Up! papers to the origami papers and heat embossed the image to color in with Copics.

First up is Kimie.  I love this image!  Since I have pet bunnies, this image is one of my favorites!
