My friend loves dogs and has a birthday coming next week. I wanted to give her an altered pocketbook calendar, like I usually do. This year, I found some with a cover. In years past, I gave her ones that I covered on the outside and she said they got messed up in her purse. So, I think she'll be pleased with this one. I had to make her a doggie card to go with it. ReplyDeleteHi Cindy! I saw your comment on my blog post from last weekend regarding kokeshi dolls. My husband and I currently live on Kadena Air Base on Okinawa, so most of the dolls I get are from gift shops around the base. I know that China Pete's has a website that I found through Google. If you ever shop on eBay, you can do a search there for kokeshi dolls and quite a few will pop up--I was kind of surprised how many. Hope that helps, and thanks for checking out my blog!
