I think anyone that knows me knows how much I love the SU! designer papers. They are so beautiful, thick, and versatile! My passion is to alter items, but lately, I've been using the papers to make cards and other projects I've seen in blog world. I love it! The truly great thing about some of these bolder patterned paper is the fact that you don't even have to stamp or have a matching stamp set because you can use the images on the paper as the focal point by either cutting or punching it out! I used the Pink Flamingo and Tea Party designer series papers for these two purses. I saw these adorable purses on Becky Roberts' site. She is amazing!!!! I altered her dimensions a little, but not much. I hope you'll try these - they are simple and a good size to hold candies or a small gift! TFL and have a great day!

Asian Artistry
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite sets! I love each stamp in this set. I remembered that I had the retired Bamboo background stamp sitting in my stash and decided to break it out and use with this adorable little bird. I just wanted to play a little and these are the two cards I created. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

SU Little Debbie Meeting
On Saturday, some of the SU Little Debbies got together for a stamp filled and fun day! Our group is called the SU Little Debbies because our upline is one of the three Debbies in the group. We are all demonstrators, so our shoebox swap projects are all current SU! only products. I think all of the projects were really great. I hope you enjoy them too! I'll post in two posts as I don't think I can post all pictures in one. Here's the first batch (according to how we sat; easier for me to remember!)

Flower Soft Birthday
Debbie W. (shout out and a big "thank you!" to Debbie) gave me some Flower Soft and the glue for it. I knew what I wanted to do with it, but had to get some clear craft wire first! I dipped the strip of wire (acrylic) into the glue, then sprinkled the Flower Soft over the glue. I set them aside to dry. I then stamped the vase on my clear window sheet with StazOn. I let it set, then turned it over and applied the "water" muddpuddles. After the initial drying period, I used Crystal Effects to adhere the wires to the back of the muddpuddles. I let that sit to dry (it was not a fast card!). Last night, I started the assembly of the card. I pulled colors from the Flower Soft. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
